The academic year is 10 months, offered in two sessions:
- Session 1: June 2024 - March 2025
- Session 2: January 2025 - November 2025
Requirements
Students wishing to enroll in Elementary at ConceptX International School must meet the following criteria:
- Must have completed kindergarten.
- Must take a written placement test in English, Mathematics, and Science.
- A qualified teacher from ConceptX International School will conduct an online oral English proficiency test.
Note: Students must pass both the written and oral tests to gain admission.
Admission Process

- New Student
For old students, when they are about to re-enrol, it is also necessary to pay a one-time registration fee (100,000 MMK).And then students need to complete the registration form .
Old Students can start paying next year’s school fees when their final result is released.
School Fees
pre-p4: 2,940,000 MMK/year
4-installments: 735,000 MMK/installment
Payment options are limited to either one-time payment or four-installment payment.
1 time installment.
1st installment -> May 10th (5% discount)
4 times installments.
1st installment -> May 10th
2nd installment -> July 10th
3rd installment -> October 10th
4th installment -> December 10th
Apart from the school fee,
the extra fees that need to be paid include:
Documentation Fees_ 300,000 MMK ( include textbook)
Ferry Fees - (optional - based on their address)
Application & Registration Fees
For Old Students, Registration Fees -100,000 MMK
For New Students, Registration Fees _ 150,000 MMK
Note: Application & Registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
Asscessment System
Our school's assessment system is designed to support each student's learning journey.
- Have examinations.
- Have Music, Art and PE as extra curriculum activities.
- Have mini tests, projects, assignments, and presentations.
- Have report cards to check their academic progress.
- Students’ assessments are done based on their classwork, attendance, and their examination marks.

Health & Well-being at ConceptX International School
At ConceptX International School, we believe that a healthy student is a happy and thriving learner. That’s why we provide a caring, well-rounded health care system designed to support every child’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
Our on-campus clinic is staffed by two full-time doctors and a dedicated school nurse, ensuring prompt care and dailyhealth monitoring. In addition, we host visiting physicians and a pediatrician for regular health check-ups and consultations.

Our elementary students create their own artwork—from paintings to handmade crafts—which are showcased and sold at fundraising events. The money raised is donated to meaningful causes, teaching students the value of kindness, generosity, and using their creativity to make a difference.
